PCs: If Adobe Reader is not pre-installed, you can download it from https://get.adobe.com/reader/. The Registration Form is Reader Enabled so it can be saved when completed.

iPads: Download Adobe Reader from the App Store. After clicking Click here for Registration Form to load it, tap the upper right corner of your screen to activate Open in, then tap Open in Adobe Reader. The Reader app saves opened pdfs.
